Lee Fox
Lee Fox brings over three decades of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, and regulatory compliance, with a career spanning the UK and Ireland across professional services, accountancy, and multinational environments.
Lee began his career in corporate services in the UK, including a period at Prudential Corp Plc where he delivered group compliance and company secretarial services to worldwide subsidiaries — an early grounding in the demands of governance at scale. He subsequently held senior roles in statutory compliance and company secretarial practice within accountancy firms before relocating to Ireland in 2004, where he has since built an extensive track record advising business leaders on corporate structure, governance, AML and CDD frameworks, and cross-border compliance.
As Head of Corporate Services at Boru Consulting, Lee holds a senior role across all layers of the business. His responsibilities include regulatory registrations — encompassing HMRC and Department of Justice supervision — alongside the servicing of multinational clients and the implementation of AML, CDD, and compliance reporting systems.
Lee combines deep technical grounding in corporate law and governance with a practical, client-focused approach built over a career working closely with boards, advisors, and business owners across multiple jurisdictions.
