An Irish relief that taxes gains on the disposal of qualifying business assets at 10% instead of the standard 33%, up to a lifetime limit.
Under section 597AA of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997, the lifetime limit rises from €1 million to €1.5 million for disposals made from 1 January 2026.
